This is going to be a quick post-- just got back from Lollapalooza!
This week I really got back into gear with my running, that is, until I went to Chicago! Here's what went down:
S- 2m hills
M- off
T- 3m morning run
W- 4m run
R- off
F- off
S- off
Mileage: 9-- farthest since the marathon!
After making my announcement for my new 50 mile goal, I hit the road for Lollapalooza and didn't run once. Now I'm back and have a cold, so this week might be a bit less mileage. If I'm feeling better, my goal is to run 7-10 miles.
